How referrals work
1. Send the referral
Fax to (555) 013-2299, send via Direct messaging, or request a call back with the form. We confirm receipt the same day.
2. We schedule the patient
Our coordinator calls the patient within one business day. Urgent referrals are seen within 48 hours.
3. You get the note
A consult note goes back to you within two business days of the visit, by your preferred channel.
